Deleting your 4Ducks Budget account
4Ducks Budget is made by Tygertec LLC. If you use 4Ducks Sync, you can permanently delete your Sync account — your login and the encrypted budget data we store on our servers — at any time, from this page.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your account above.
  2. If you have an active Sync subscription, cancel it first with Manage subscription — deletion stays locked until the cancellation is confirmed.
  3. Open the Delete account section, confirm your password, and choose Delete my account.

What deletion does

Deleted immediately
Your login (email and password), the encrypted budget archives synced to our servers, your subscription/entitlement record, and your sync encryption keys.
Stays on your device
Budgets and expenses on your phone or tablet aren't stored on our servers and aren't affected — remove them by deleting the app or using in-app reset.
Kept for legal reasons
Payment and transaction records held by our payments processor (Paddle, our merchant of record) are retained as required by tax and accounting law, separately from your account.
